RESERVING YOUR HOLIDAY
On receipt of your request(via the telephone or in person) and
deposit, we will confirm your booking and from that point cancellation
charges apply. Please note that a telephone booking confirmation
is as firmly confirmed as if it were made/confirmed in writing
at that time.
PRICE GUARANTEE Flights
to Thailand, Cheap Flights to Thailand, Flights to Thailand FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS:- As airlines reserve
the right to increase prices at any time the price shown on this
confirmation invoice will ONLY be guaranteed once full payment
is received. The payment of a deposit guarantees your seat, not
the price. TAXES & CHARGES:- From time to time we are
required to collect additional taxes or charges. You will be notified
of this prior to ticket issue. GOVERNMENT ACTION:- Our Price Guarantee cannot
cover increases due to direct Government action. e.g. the imposition
of VAT or Passenger Levy.
MINOR CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY/FLIGHTS
If we are obliged to make any minor change in the arrangements
for your holiday/flight we will inform you as soon as possible.
MAJOR CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY/FLIGHTS
If before you depart we have to make any major changes to your
holiday/flights arrangements e.g. change of departure time of
more than 12 hours, change of airport (but excluding changes between
airports in the London region, aircraft type or airline) it will
only be because are forced to do so by circumstances usually beyond
our control. In such an unlikely event we will inform you immediately
and our objective will be to minimise your inconvenience. We will
wherever possible offer you alternative arrangements as close
as possible to your original choice. You will then have a choice
of accepting, taking another available holiday/flights of similar
price or cancelling. Should you choose to cancel you will be reimbursed
all monies paid to us.

Some of our holidays/flights are based on minimum number of participants
and in the unlikely event that these numbers are not reached we
reserve the right to cancel the tour/flights and refund all payments
made. Prices are subject to increase if the group size is reduced.

Details of airlines, flight numbers/schedules and destination
airport will be shown on your invoice/confirmation. Ensure you
check in at least three hours before departure. See note below
regarding reconfirmation of all flights. We regret we are unable
to guarantee specific aircraft types or airline or date and time
of departure or service on board or mode of transport.
INSURANCE

It is a condition of our booking that all passengers are adequately
insured at the same level or better than the insurance we offer.
The client is herewith recommended to read any terms of any insurance
effected to satisfy themselves as to the fitness of cover. The
company will be pleased to quote you for insurance. Should insurance
be declined the company will not be held responsible.

The person making the booking becomes responsible to The Company
for the payment of the total price of the arrangements for all
passengers shown on the invoice.

No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been
received by The Company.
CHANGING YOUR ARRANGEMENTS
If you wish to change any item - other than increasing the number
of persons in your party - and providing we can accommodate the
change, you will have to pay an Amendment Fee per person which
will be notified at the time of change. Otherwise any changes
come under the terms of the Cancellation clause 11.

Cancellation by the client
If you cancel or alter the booking for reasons other than as mentioned
in clause 4 you must do so in writing. If notification is received
within eight weeks of departure the following charges apply subject
to:
- Your booking did not require an additional deposit or full payment.
In this case 100% cancellation charges apply irrespective of when
it is cancelled.
- Your booking is not made under out terms as mentioned in condition
B where the company acts as an agent on behalf of a Supplier or
Operator (The Principle). In this instant, The Principle’s
conditions apply.
29-56 days before departure.................... 40% of the total
price
15-28 days before departure.................... 60% of the total
price
1-14 days before departure or after departure........ 100% of
the total price
Note: If some but not all party members, cancel the booking or
part of it, additional charges may be payable by the remaining
members. Cancellation by us
The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking on offer including
tailor made holidays, without assigning any reason, at any time
over 8 weeks before departure. However, in no case will we cancel
your holiday flight less than 8 weeks before departure unless
for reasons outside our control (Force Majeure) or the late/nonpayment
by you. In the case where we cancel your holiday flights (other
than Force Majeure or the late/non-payment by you) we will offer
the choice of an alternative holiday flights, if available, or
at your option refund all the monies paid by you, except insurance
premium and amendment charges. In this case the company shall
offer a reasonable compensation as follows:

This contract is governed by the English Laws and any dispute
arising between the parties is subject to the sole jurisdiction
of the courts of England.

overleaf. All conditions 1 to 12 apply as in A unless the company
acts as an agent as mentioned below.
The Company act as agents only in transactions relating to flights,
car hire, accommodation, package holidays etc. and book those facilities
for you (the client) on behalf of the Supplier or Operator (the Principal).The
Company are not the Principal and do not act as the Principal nor
shall they be construed as being such by interference or otherwise.
Your contract is with the Principal. The Company are not liable for
the Principals actions, failures or omissions.
CONDITIONS APPLYING TO A AND B
Please remember that the person making the booking accepts
ALL the booking Conditions and is liable for any amendment fees, late
payments or cancellation charges that arise on behalf of ALL the passengers
in their party. In addition they are also responsible for checking
this and all future documentation and for advising us immediately
if anything is missing or incorrect. The details overleaf
are given in good faith based on information from the Principal at
the time of booking. Should it transpire that any of these details
differ you will be advised immediately. PAYMENTSFlights

flights to Australia Flights to Australia You must pay the balance by the due date shown on the confirmation.
Please note for some telephone bookings full payment may be required
IMMEDIATELY i.e. before you receive confirmation. If this applies
you will be advised when the booking is made. It is very important
that you pay balances when due because failure to do so may lead to
the cancellation of your holiday/flights and still leave you liable
for cancellation charges. Where an extra “booking charge”
applies this will have been advised at the time of booking. All
credit/charge card payments are subject to a surcharge. However,
where cancellation can be avoided with the Principal a late
payment fee of £20 will be applied to your balance. All cheque
payments require 7 days to clear. PASSPORTS,
VISA AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS - You are responsible for checking all
these items and ensuring your travel documents are in order
Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy
or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you
should check for up-to-date position in good time before booking/departure.
We regret we can accept no liability if you are refused entry onto
the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry
the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline,
authority or country. You must have a passport which is valid for
six months after your intended date of return. You must check to ensure
visa and health entry requirements for all countries visited including
countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops
made by the aircraft(s) even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
USA note: Visas required.Some EU or British passports are NOT excluded.

Recommended inoculations for travel may change at any time and you
should consult your doctor on current recommendations before you depart.
Health requirements for your holiday destination are outlines in the
Department of Health leaflet entitled “The Traveller's Guide
to Health” (T4), which is available by calling 0800 555 777.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the recommended
inoculations, take all recommended medication and follow all medical
advice in relation to your trip. SPECIAL REQUESTS AND
MEDICAL PROBLEMS If you have any special requests, please advise us at time
of booking. Although we will endeavour to pass any such requests on
to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request
will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach
of contract on our part. If you have any medical problem or disability
which may affect your booked arrangements, you must advise us in writing
at the time of booking giving full details. If we feel unable to properly
accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline/cancel

damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party.Proper payment
for any such damage or loss must be made at the time direct to the
accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If you fail to do
so, you must indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs)
subsequently made against us as a result of your actions We expect
all clients to have consideration for other people. If our opinion
or in the opinion of any other persons in authority you are behaving
in such a way to cause or to be likely to cause distress, danger or
annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the
right to terminate your arrangements without notice. In this situation
your total booking with us, including your return transportation arrangements,
will immediately cease and we will not be responsible for paying any
costs, expenses, refunds or compensation. FORCE MAJEUREFlights

respect of any loss or damage or alterations, delays or changes arising
from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such
as war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute including
air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear
disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with
transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellations
of schedules by scheduled airlines. You can check the current position
of any country by telephoning the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s
Travel Advice Unit on 0870 606 0290 RECONFIRMING ALL
FLIGHTS The Company will not be liable for any additional costs due
to your failure to reconfirm flights. Reconfirming your flight at
least 72 hours before departure is a minimum requirement
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS CHECKING AND DESPATCH It is the passenger’s responsibility to check that
all travel documents issued are correct. The address for all documentation
will be that given at the time of booking. Documents will normally
be despatched 7 days before departure. N.B. For bookings made within
14 days of departure it may be necessary for you to collect your air
tickets at the airport. Any other vouchers will be posted/faxed to
you direct. For additional security scheduled airline tickets are
sent well in advance of the departure date by recorded delivery. In
the event of ticket loss or delay, it will be the passenger responsibility
for any additional expenses incurred by us to arrange and post duplicate
tickets. Guaranteed next day delivery can be arranged at additional
cost, which can be advised at time of booking. LATE BOOKINGS
may also require Registered/Courier delivery of documents in which
case the appropriate charges will have been advised at the time of
booking. SPECIAL PRICE GUARANTEE For all scheduled flights. If you can get a cheaper flight
on the same carrier within 24 hours of making the booking with us
(as time and date on your invoice) we will match the price (written
proof required) or if we cannot we will refund your deposit. If you
require the ticket within 24 hours the above does not apply. Fares
are subject to change without prior notice, error & omissions
excepted. PROBLEMS AND DUBAI CONSTRUCTION NOTIFICATION If you incur any problems during your trip, it is essential
that you bring it to the attention of the supplier and our agent and
our staff as soon as it occurs. If the problem cannot be rectified,
you must contact us, in writing, within 28 days of your return. We
cannot entertain any problems or complaints that have not adhered
to these procedures. Special note regarding 24 hour construction work
in Dubai which effects holidays to the region. Due to new
developments in Dubai there is a large amount of construction work
taking place which may be in the vicinity of or visible from your
hotel
